28 May, 2003	Gateway numbers 03-29350104 & 03-29350105 Sorry! MCN has terminated Gateway numbers 03-29350104 & 03-29350105 due to unstable line quality issues and replace a new Gateway number 03-79856100 & 03-78095000. Kindly use following numbers to access KL Gateway: 03-79856100, 03-78095000, 03-78827100, 03-78826900, and 03-50210100.
16 May, 2003	The 1800 is disconnected Sorry! MCN has terminated the existing 1800 number. But a new and better 1800 number will come out soon. If customer has any question or complain, please call our office 03-61566821.
14 Mar, 2003	Network Maintenance We have planned a network maintenance on 19/3/03, 20/3/03, 21/3/03 from 2am to 5am. We estimate traffic will be completely cut off during the maintenance.
1 Feb, 2003	Terminate Hong Kong access number We have terminated the Hong Kong access number. Sorry for the inconvenience!
10 Jan, 2003	Network down for maintenance MCN Network down on 16 Jan 2003 at 2:00am to 3:00am for maintenance. All terminating circuits at our network will completely cut off for 60 minutes.
8 Jan, 2003	Changing Gateway number for Johor and Penang Johor Gateway 07-2254000 and Penang Gateway 04-2225000 will be disconnected on Feb 15. All customer please use 07-2784020 for Johor and 04-2962420 for Penang Gateway to access MCN service.
11 Nov, 2002	MCN Indonesia Card Using MCN Indonesia card to call china, the rate is changed to RM1.60. Customer can use this card to call china until Nov 17, 2002. After that, this card can only be used to call Indonesia and Singapore.
31 Oct, 2002	China Rate is Changed Due to China phone company increases china inbound rate (Fixed line and Mobile phone), so that we have to increase our China rate. This rate is for temporary. We will revise it shortly. (Click here to check out why)
29 Jan, 2002	Penang gateway 04-259 4100 has been moved. Please use 04-222 5000 to connect to our new gateway.
